A Cartridge in a Pear Tree
We're feeling the Christmas spirit at Ranger, and wanted to share our version of the Twelve Days of Christmas, via Cliff Snider, SF, Laos campaign '65.[This pear tree (sans cartridge) is from the site of the Worcestershire Regiment, whose Rifle Volunteers of 1859 used the Pear Tree as their emblem. ]

i once took a leafless oak branch and hung a 223 from it on a string. i told folks it was a "cartridge in a bare tree."
