Pondering the GM bailouts, Ranger realized that, with 300 million citizens and a $70 Billion bailout, everybody is paying $233.00 for that clunker (Our Car Company.)

My congressman is Russ Carnahan. He is on the Transportation committee and was very involved in the Cash for Clunkers" bill. This is a ridiculous bill. it gives a person up to a $4500 credit if you buy a vehicle with better gas mileage than you have now. So literally, if you drive a huge SUV that gets 12 mpg sand buy one that gets 15 mpg you wikll get a $4500 credit. No shit!
You'd think for that they'd at least change the plugs in my '91 Cosica for me.
